Versatility

Use the door anchor to facilitate numerous exercises, such as tricep pull-downs, chest and lat workouts and a variety of hip exercises when used at the bottom of the door in conjunction with the ankle straps. Simply wrap the padded velcro straps around your ankles, pass a band through the door anchor and attach to the buckle. Excellent for a large number of calisthenics exercises.
