Le Creuset fans, listen up! The classic cookware brand we know and love just debuted its newest shade—and it’s the perfect hue for the upcoming spring and summer (or, really anytime).
Introducing Pêche, a soft gradient salmon that will now grace some of our favorite staples in the Le Creuset range, from saucepans to dutch ovens to pitchers.
“The result of nearly four years of diligent experimentation, Pêche is a new color development that’s never been previously in market,” Christopher Scinto, the SVP of marketing and sales at Le Creuset, said in a press release. “With its playful and elegant edge, Pêche further cements Le Creuset’s longstanding reputation as a color authority–in the kitchen and beyond.”
Pêche is really unlike any Le Creuset color in the permanent family. It’s soft and subtle, yet punchy and fun.
We got a first look at the newest hue and are here to share the details, including when you’ll be able to add this soft-and-sweet shade to your kitchen.

The Making of Pêche
Le Creuset debuted Pêche in New York City during a special preview event. Before the grand unveiling, the Le Creuset team noted the delicate balance it takes to create a bold color that follows current trends, subtle enough to remain timeless over the years, and sturdy enough to work well with their signature enameled cast iron.
This color was in the works for over four years, as many of the color selections are, according to the team. That’s a long time to keep a color secret this pretty, but it was time: the secret was about to be let out.
Behind a wall of palms lie the newest color addition for all to finally check out.

We think every piece looks stunning in the new colorway—though we’re particularly partial to the classic Dutch oven and the cute crock holding the rubber spatulas. They almost look too pretty to cook with—almost.
Though we can be satisfied with this new launch, the brand is set to celebrate its 100th anniversary next year, and we’re already getting our wallets ready. We could bet that there will be lots of exciting new colors to come.
Get Your Hands on All Things Pêche
If you’re wondering when you can get your hands on the new shade, have no fear. Pêche is now available in the U.S. and will soon launch globally in a range of Le Creuset’s kitchen and stoneware staples.
These new Le Creuset additions are peachy-keen. Check out some of Le Creuset’s offerings in the new color.
Round Dutch Oven
Le Creuset
The classic Dutch oven looks stunning in this peachy shade. We love the addition of the gold hardware, too.
Mini Round Cocotte
Le Creuset
Though it is mini, this cocotte is mighty in the kitchen. We can see this used for all kinds of single-serve desserts, though at the debut event, this alligator got its hands on the cocotte before we could.

Signature Petite Pitcher
Le Creuset
We can see it now—small batches of ice tea lemonades served outside on the porch in this cute, peachy pitcher.
