Like all of MasterClass’s best-selling, award-winning* bakeware, this cake pan is made of warp-resistant, 1 mm-thick carbon steel, with rolled edges to prevent water build-up and rust. It’s finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to the surface of the cake pan for better adhesion. The ring shaped design makes it ideal as a gugelhupf cake mould. This traditional European cake has a delicious bread-like texture, and is often specked with raisins and other dried fruits. It’s also good for making syrup-infused savarin cakes, rum baba, and countless more classic recipes. This carbon steel cake pan is 100% PFOA, PTFE and BPA free, and is dishwasher, fridge and freezer safe.
